Please note kitchens may differ slightly in colouration and appearance due to natural variations in the wood used.
Paint colours and Finishes are shown to the best of our ability, but please note computer screens, lighting and the environment can all alter the look of these! If you would like a sample, please contact us.
By making a payment you agree to our Terms and Conditions and enter into a legally biding contract with Bee Muddy Mud KItchens.
Work will start on kitchen once full payment is received. If you are a childcare establishment and have pre-arragned to pay via BACs or cheque work will start on your kitchen as soon as we receive confirmation from you that the order has been entered and approved on your payment system (e.g. an email from finace/screen shot showing approval).
All orders are handmade to order. We endeavour to deliver your order in around 4-5 weeks, but in times of high demand, there may be a delay. We will contact you if this is the case.
Custom orders may also take a little longer, but we will let you know of an estimated delivery time at time of order. Standard delivery is Monday to Friday, but please contact us if you require a weekend delivery (there may be an additional charge).
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order contract under ‘The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013’ within 14 days (starting the day after the day on which the item arrives or the day on which the last of the items arrive).
Please contact us to within this timeframe if you wish to cancel your order and return the item (a phone call followed up by email or in writing is best - see below for contact details).
Please return goods in original packaging where possible and in good re-sellable condition for a full refund. Goods that are not returned in a sellable condition may be subject to an deduction from the full refund.
You must send the items without delay within 14 days of when you informed us of your decision to cancel/return. If you delay this could affect your consumer rights to return.
If the item was delivered by courier, you are responsible for the cost of the return delivery and organising the return.
If the item was delivered via our local delivery service, then you will be charged the local delivery cost fee to return the item. This fee will be deducted from your refund. We will contact you to arrange this service.
You will be reimburse within 14 days of the day you get the goods back via the original payment method, unless you let us know a different payment option.
Please note if you have been given a special discount, only the amount paid after discount will be returned (minus any of the applicable above expenses).
Please note: Items that are made to the to your custom specifications, including custom painted colours items, or are personalised are excluded from this cancellation policy.
All time periods quoted in our terms and conditions will be extended to the next working day if they end on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. This includes all cancellation periods and the time limits for returning goods, providing refunds, etc.
Complaints or issues
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
